Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
Because I do hold your spot just for you, same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. I truly appreciate your understanding — this helps me keep my small business running smoothly and continue providing the best care for everyone.
Of course, weather-related issues and true emergencies are always exempt. Safety and compassion come first.
